The Client had recently purchased a property at 85 Riding Road, Hawthorne with the intent is to convert the building into a fifth avenue destination centre. The proposition was to renovate the property and align the typical actives of the business with the lawful approvals.

The site had historically been used for office and shop purposes, however no approvals were available online to warrant the lawfulness of these land uses; as such a development application was required to add land uses to the site and legitimise the operations over the site.
