Masterplan Industrial Site

We were approached by Boral to assist them in the masterplanning of their land holdings in Stapylton. This project required understanding the current operations and approvals to then guide the future operation and activities that the client sought to achieve.

This application was for a Variation Request to give the client the flexibility over the site with the future activities they sought to achieve.
