The scope was to support a business case for the expansion of the Birkdale Park ‘n’ Ride facility. The business case in its simplest terms was for the construction of a new carpark between the two existing car parks located at the Birkdale train station, specifically at 10-14 Napier Street, Birkdale.
Our role was to review the town planning and land use planning components.
