Located in the hinterland of the Gold Coast, the Client was operating an existing hinterland wedding venue. With the uncertainty of COVID-19 the Client sought to increase the venue capacity by adding an offering on the property that was undercover.
This brief required a Minor Change to their existing approval to add an undercover deck as a ceremony location to the Function Facility land use approval.
