The site was located at 299 Scottsdale Drive, Robina which was subject to POD No.13 DS13-04 for Southern Vale Development Section 04 Southern Vale Precinct (POD) as governed by the Local Government (RobinaCentral Planning Agreement) Act 1992.
The scope was therefore to prepare a Final Development Approval (FDA) for the following land uses; Catering Business; Medical Centre; Pharmacy; Childcare; Veterinary Clinic; and Service Station.
The complexity of this approval required creating an easement for the purposes of access across both lots and creating a site that worked with the topography of the land without requiring significant excavation costs.
