Liam has excelled in the development industry providing advice to ASX listed companies, delivering keynotes to government stakeholders and negotiating policy decisions in both a private and public role. Liam has a deep understanding of the emerging urban and regional growth challenges is is able to lead integrated strategic campaigns from concept to execution.

Liam is a strong technical analyst, with a high capacity for problem solving. Liam has project experience in developing systemic measures to deliver both land use and infrastructure planning projects.

In particular Liam has taken an interest in strategic planning and the influence it has over local communities, places and regions. He relishes in the intrinsic complexity that planning schemes are and seeks to create outcomes. Liam’s interests stem from the need to approach planning schemes with a wholistic scope identifying how the interrelated policy positions may impact/influence each other and ensuring the outcome is appropriate for all stakeholders.

Liam uses his communications skills to collaborate between multiple stakeholders and identify risks and opportunities. Liam's ability to change his communication style based on the audience assists in building trust and rapport within project outcomes.

Liam holds a Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning graduating top of the class from Griffith University.
